back from bkk!

hihi! im back from bkk!time flies when you're enjoying.just zoom zoom.4 days r over.haha.anyway.we spent 3/4 of our time waiting on the last day of bkk trip.and the flight to SG is delayed SOMEMORE.faint.already wait so long still got 1 hr delay.yawns.
oh well.enough said.
1st day of bkk! sun 6th Jan 08
off to Chatuchak weekend market!haha.alot of things to buy.omg omg omg.everything is just so cheap cheap cheap!but still.i like to slash e price. haha.i've learnt to speak 2 thai words only.taught by some kind soul when we visit the temple.Tao Rai-how much, Peng Pai-too exp!anyway.after we say tao rai,the person will ans the price back in thai.kor n i was counting the word and the figures in our mind.LOL.sometimes i will just give up and ask HOW MUCH.haha.dun care.
weather wise is alright but still hot.im abt to get heat stoke while walking the wkend market.

at the national stadium skytrain station.gg to chatuchak!yeah yeah

nothing much to do so taking pics in the train again.hehe.



the TOM YUM GOONG in chatuchak is fabulous.delicious.yummy.!**THUMBS UP** n they are using some super big tiger prawns!nice nice nice!it is the best tom yum gooong i've tried in bkk so far.

our room!the twin towers hotel! highly recommended and thanks to kristine for e good intro.it's very accessible and big.good service too!the massage service there is not bad too!1 hr for 500 baht=around SGD20 for full body massage.kor n mommy say it's very relaxing and comfortable but i feel abit pain.think im old liao.hai.

went to Platinum fashion mall in the afternoon after the chatuchak.oh my goodness.all WHOLESALE = CHEAP x 3!hahaa..haven been spending so happily,w/o thinking of the price.hahaa..shuang!followed by Suan Lum night market.we went there 3 times lor.can faint.kor and me felt that not much places to shop at night except Suan Lum cos it is more organized and lesser ppl.haha.the rest of the places are too suffocating for us.so we went there every night!=p

the thais are so so so so innovative!they can design their own tees using furs and other material,they can form the lights into diff shapes!i will go there to buy all the furniture if im gg to have a new home.haha.

after almost 10 hours of walking,shopping,talking, with only abt 4 hrs of slp.this is the look.SHAG.

the food there are nice too!

Day 2 - Monday 7th Jan 08. Happy bday Missy Shuz!=D

went to 1/2 day tour.including the Grand Palace,1 hr ferry tour,tour around the white house in Bkk and Chitralada Palace (where the King and Queen currently living in),Royal temple.Followed by MBK and Suan Lum night market AGAIN.haha.

The Grand Palace.omg.indeed very grand.it is HUGE and all the buildings are made of gold,silver and alot of diff material.

we're suppose to wear formally with tees,jeans,covered shoes and no slippers allowed as the form of respect.however,some ppl wear slippers and can still go in.-_-

very tired already.haha.i supposed pics can tell everything.

we took the 1 hr ferry tour,we're travel by ferry and stop by to visit other temple and see the floating market.the wave is very big that day!the boat seems abit unstable.just swing swing swing.

i really salute to those ppl who can live near the river.bath in the river.blah blah blah.

n im very impressed with the thai women rowing their lit' boat selling food, fruits etc.the boat is super unstable and will capsize anytime.

and they sell bread for us to feed the fishes in the river.ALOT of fishes lor.and they're big too.scary.

stop for 15 mins to visit some temple.dunno what temple too.ALOT of temples i went today.dunno which is which.just snap snap snap.haha.

we're e only passengers on his boat.haha!

we are so lucky today!it is said by the locals that it is Buddha's birthday today thus Royal temple is open to public only for today.usually it is used by the royal ppl and open to public once a yr.this is the place which Anna and the king movie takes place.we met 2 kind soul who tell us alot abt thailand,where to go shopping,where to eat,what to do today since it's Buddha's bday.they're soo friendly and kind!

the kind thai man recommend us to go white house in Bkk,which is near the palace where the King and Queen is currently living in.

shopping in MBK next.legs are already on the verge of breaking lor.hahaa..i love the mango n the sticky rice!yummy!

the christmas deco is still around!it is quite nice de worrrr!

MBK!but i still love platinum fashion mall more,cos more stuff and cheaper stuff!haha.and it is near pratunum!near Amari water gates! (i dun live there,too exp!but my Naraya bags are there!!)=p

then again,as i said,they's so creative.they actually used all PAPERS for the long xmas tree.

since it is Buddha's bday today,alot of praying ceremony.we went to the four face buddha to bai bai as well.pray we all heng heng all the way!

kor and me went to the Suan Lum night market again!mommy's tired so she dun want go.haha.though it is our second visit,we still da bao xiao bao back lor.haha..

our 3rd day-tue 8th Jan 08 : happy birthday grandma!

went to Pratunum for shopping.OMG.alot of clothes,accessories,bags and shoes.ALL WHOLESALE again.super messy there.but still managed to grab some clothes,heels and accessories back.haha.im a fast shopper ok!chop chop!went to buy some Naraya bags as well!chinatown next.nothing much in chinatown.but i think we gt cheated.this bowl of "bird nest" is 200 baht = SGD8.the 1 we had in Platinum fashion mall is only 50baht.-_-.alrights,maybe quality is abit diff,taste the same to me.all jelly.hahaa

i like the noodle soup in Chinatown!alot of ingredients!

everywhere,anytime in bkk is FULL of cars.traffic jam 24 hrs.morning jam.afternoon jam.evening jam.night jam.everyone seems to own a car in bkk.hahaa..

we decided to take MRT to Suan Lum night market on our last night in Bkk.haha.they used a small token as a form of ticket.so different.

went to Platinum Fashion mall second time on our last day in Bkk.haha.still shop on the last day lor.i changed 100 sg in bkk and kor even w/d cash.haha..total i spent around 600++ including food,transport,shopping and misc stuff,plus some of my mommy's expenses.hehe.so total trip around 1k.overall quite fun.heh.shall go back next yr for more shopping!.haha.this yr is pack with other countries shopping trip!but i think 3 days are sufficient for me!cos im a fast shopper.we can visit 3 shopping places in 1 day.heh.

oh yah.the guy at SG airport custom is the 1st 1 to wish me for bday.haha.he was looking at my passport and asked me - bday trip?

i was like : huh? ( im still shag u see.tired ppl are stupider and brain shut down )

he said : bday coming soon! haha.happy birthday!

me : oOrh yah! thanks! ( i sound dumb i think.-_-)

王传一!!! HAHA.omg.i finally got hold of his songs in the why why love.hohooo..he's sooo shuai shuai shuai! esp when he wear a suit.*melts* 1st time he caught my attention more than He Jun Xiang(ahhh mengggg!)haha.alrights.im gg to keep replaying the song he sing.*yeah yeah**

omg.something horrifying happen in office just now.the office DOORS are SPOIL.SPOIL means no one can come out,no one can go in at all.Faint.
i supposed to start work at 10.30pm,but as im early-(reached there around 9plus).the doors are spoil.i finished my dinner at the neighbour's place next to us.haha.Adel happens to be the lucky 1 who is stuck outside e office after her toilet trip and she is glad to have me!we went downstairs to buy some food for our poor colleagues.but too bad.doors still spoil.food are already cold when the doors are break open 2 hrs later.-_-''
how i wish the doors are forever spoil so i can go home slp!hahaha.

oh well.i used to like to do runner in the past because everyone is responsible enough to do their part,runner just follow up their case,they will take back the case when they're back from off/AL. now-everyone will just throw the case to runner.n sometimes the case description is bu 3 bu 4.runner can then pick up the skill to become a creative story planner.try to know what is the whole fucking story is about.after u tried too hard which have already killed some of the brain cells.u handle the case.after u handle the case.somehow somewhere the case become UR OWN case.
