Hk trIp - dAy 2

Day 2!

7th July 07

Itinerary for the day!

ShoPping Shopping Shopping! at the Argyle Centre which is near Mongkok MTR! followed by a night attraction spot which is Avenue of Stars and Symphony of Lights!

We reached there too early! the shops in the Argyle centre only open after 2 plus. so we hang around other places 1st.

this dunno what shopping mall.ESALCATOR SO LONG N STEEP.haha.

waaaa!the backdrop so romantic hor.so we cant resist and camwhore again! =D

soooo xmas mood neh!

haha.u can imagine how bored r we.

bored till..we start to pose everywhere.anywhere!hehe.

till we're bored of taking pics n walking around.

food again! heard that this cafe is quite famous in hk.n it's highly recommended in the ah zhen guide bk.hehe. btw. i read my kor's ah zhen hk guide book b4 i come here ok.

the book is all in CHINESE ok.can faint. =S

n the dessert there r really so sooo yummyyyy!mango mango! i love mango! cant wait to go Xu Liu Shan man! * drools * im feeling hungry while typing this. =/

Now we're FULL and ENERGIZE! SHOPPING TIME! the shops should already b open by nw le..heh.

wanted to take a look inside this shop.but it's nt open yet. so sad.

heh heh.anyway. this reminds me of my da ge. he loves frog alot.heh. n hui too.=D

n there's this shop which sell all the hand make photo frames, deco stuff. so creative!

can someone buy for me this!

heh.on our way to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR for Avenue of Stars and Symphony of Lights after shopping!

Excited excited!

saw this super duper adorable summer deco near the shopping mall! sooooo cute can! time to bring out camsss! =D

we're young at heart! (thou nt very old nw either.hehe)

we're waiting for the Symphony of Lights which will be starting around 8pm.

This spectacular multimedia display, named the "World's Largest Permanent Light and Sound Show" by Guiness World Records, involves 37 key huildings on both sides of Victoria Harbour.

OMG. the show is really BEST and so captivating. MUST GO place if u go HK.

n we're lucky too! cos it happens to be hk celebrating their 10th anniversary coming back to China thingy.

So there's FIREWORKS! n mind you.the fireworks r super fascinating n powerful and it is ongoing for around 15-20mins.

Wah wah wah.- it is e only sound heard during the fireworks show.haha.

Time for dinner! anyway hor.i think we've slim down after the HK trip. we eat little and spend the rest of time shop shop shop shop,till we tired den go back hotel slp.haha.

We had our meals at irregular timings.having our lunch during tea time.our dinner at supper time.hehe

n the lao po bing they selling in this restaurant is so ever yummy! we're already counting how many boxes should we buy back to sg..hehehee..

Food is at affordable price too! highly recommended!

since it's still early so we went to Avenue of Stars again..

with all the commemorative plaques, handprints of movie celebrities etc etc..

n there's 1 live band there! singing all the eng oldies..so happening.n all the ppl join in the fun.dance n swing..sooo relaxing!

arrived at Hk -10plus am!

-_- we still need to take the stairs down.the difference between budget airline n SQ.
but it's another experience! we took the shuttle bus to the airport somemore. quite a distance wor.

train frm airport to our hotel! so convenient!

wooohoo.the train is rather high tech de lor.

nthing else but camwhoring. hehe. in the bus. reaching hotel real soon!

Shamrock hotel! super super near the MTR. 1 min walk bah.haha. ready to set off!

Our first stop - Central MTR! gg to the peak n Madame Tussauds~

u can say we're workaholic or siao. took alot pics with the world's local bank.

maybe we're just so amazed to see so many branches anywhere and everywhere can! =D

the so-called monopoly bank over there bah- Bank of China

had our lunch at Watami jap restaurant.not bad.the deco is nice but the lightings there make us feel slpy..ZzzZz

hehe.the toilets over there are pretty interesting! some even gt the keys de lor.

Central Pier! duno what's nelle doing...hmm

the ice cream is super tasty! even though it's just a plain vanilla flavor. maybe it's on a hot day that's y.

bus to the Peak!

the view outside when we're taking the peak tram. super steep lor.

n there're some ppl who're standing during the journey.hm.think they'll be using 150% strength nt to fall down bah.

Madame Tussauds!

the world famous attraction features more than 100 incredible wax likeness of stars, world leaders and sports heros.

hee.quite fun actually!i'll recommend this place if u intend to go to The Peak!

David Beckham! shuai!

OMG. pei yong jun! the super li hai auntie killer! haha. he is so look alike and it's acc with e winter sonata theme song! aww. melt our hearts. this wax figure definitely is the top 3 that ppl is willing to queue to take photo with!
